Welcome to Beaver Creek Kennels!

This will give you all the information to get started with your training program onboarding. Please reference this page at anytime you have questions.

Customer Portal Information

  • Here it the link to the customer portal. You will need to create an account (This will take approx. 10 minutes)

  • In this portal you can communicate with us, request bookings, pay invoices and more!

Payment Information

  • Once you create a Customer Portal and fill out our information form, a deposit invoice will be sent.

  • Once the deposit is paid, your spot is held!

  • We divide your total payment into 3 payments

    • Your 1st payment/initial deposit is due upon time of booking to hold your spot

    • Your 2nd payment is due upon drop off 

    • Your 3rd payment is due upon pickup & go home

Drop Off Information

  • We will reach out as the date gets closer for your specific drop off date and time

  • During this visit, we will also schedule your Mid Way Visit and Go Home Visit 

  • The Address is 412 Bottlebrush Rd North, SC 29112. Follow the road to the left and pull up to the left side of the house. I will meet you there. 

  • Please bring the following items with you:

    • Enough food the duration of your dogs stay

    • Current copy of vaccination record (DHPP, Rabies & Bordetella required)

    • Any medications that need to be administered during stay

    • Soft training treats, chews (no rawhide)

    • 1-2 of their most favorite toys (optional not required)

    • Updated notes about current strengths, weaknesses & overall goals for training

    • Second payment (Cash/Check preferred or Venmo @khoffman97 - Can also take card on site for 3% Fee)

  • Please DO NOT bring any of the following items with you:

    • Bedding​

    • Bowls

    • Any items that would you would be disappointment if not returned

Midway Visit Information

  • This visit will be approximately 1-1.5 hours

  • When you arrive your dog will be in crate or on place. Please ignore them when you get here. 

  • NOTE: There is a time and place for affection, I promise that you will get time to love on your pop. Please refrain from doing this until after given permission to do so.  

  • First, I will release your dog to do the display of everything they have learned during training.

  • Next, I will hand your dog over to you and I will teach you how to create the same results.

  • After your visit, you will receive a document that has some additional tips and training homework.

Go Home Information

  • ​This visit will be approximately 1-1.5 hours

  • Your Go Home Visit will be scheduled during your midway visit (unless already scheduled in advance).

  • ​In this session we will continue to focus on teaching you your dogs new language and skills. 

  • Please be prepared with any final questions that you have, as they will be answered during this session. 

  • Your hard work starts now! The first 2 weeks of transition back home are the make it or break it period. We are here to support you through that for any questions or struggles that you have. 

Post Training Information
